Who is responsible for your data?

Ajami Productions is the controller for the ClawKickstart website, account, billing, and support data described here.

What we process and why

We process account details such as your name, email address, password hash or optional Google sign-in identity, and session information to create and protect your account. We process purchase, invoice, Stripe reference, entitlement, and support information to provide the setup you purchase, administer optional Care, prevent misuse, and meet accounting obligations.

If you contact us, we process the contact details and message you provide to answer your request. When Care monitoring is enabled, we process a limited operational heartbeat for the covered server: service state, uptime, resource percentages, software/update state, backup status and timestamp, and Business security state. We do not collect agent content, prompts, conversations, messages, customer files, API keys, bot tokens, or provider credentials through Care monitoring.

Limited campaign measurement

When you arrive through a campaign link or an external referrer, we may temporarily keep the campaign fields you provided, the page path, and the referring website's hostname in your browser for up to 30 days. We do not create an anonymous identifier, use fingerprinting, or keep the full referring URL, search query, or fragment.

If you create or sign in to an account, we associate that limited first-touch record with your account to understand which campaigns lead to signups and purchases. We use aggregated owner-only reporting and do not send this campaign record to Stripe, Cloudflare, email providers, or advertising networks. It is retained while your account remains active and removed when the account is deleted.

Your VPS and agent data

ClawKickstart is not a hosted agent platform. Your deployment runs on a customer-selected VPS and remains under your control. That server may be with Hetzner or another provider you choose. The contents and day-to-day operation of your agent, VPS, cloud account, and model-provider account remain separate from ClawKickstart's account and billing records.

Legal bases

We process data to take steps at your request and perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations such as accounting retention, and where necessary for our legitimate interests in securing and operating the service, preventing fraud, and responding to support requests. Where consent is required, we ask for it and you can withdraw it.

Service providers and locations

Our application database and primary account/billing processing are operated on a company-controlled server in Sweden. We use Stripe to process payments, Zoho Mail to send transactional email, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and Formspree when you submit a website contact form. These providers process only the data needed for their service. Their processing locations, sub-processors, and any transfer safeguards are maintained in our internal processor/location inventory and reviewed before a provider is enabled or changed.

How long we keep data

We keep active account and operational data for as long as your account or requested service needs it. Care health snapshots are retained for 30 days; resolved Care incidents and delivery history are retained for 90 days. Swedish accounting records are retained through the end of the seventh year after the relevant financial year, where required. After a verified closure request, we remove or anonymize data that are no longer necessary while keeping the minimum records required for accounting, disputes, or legal claims.

Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability. Email contact@clawkickstart.com from the address associated with your account so we can verify the request. You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

We will update this notice when our processing changes materially. The latest version and its update date will always be published here.
